Online Panel: Inner Leadership Skills For Navigating Complexity

When it comes to leadership, you can only take others as deep as you have gone yourself.
Knowing and being able to navigate the inner territories of your own personality structure will make the difference between ending up in the fight, flight or freeze or rising to your creativity and resourcefulness when outside complexity hits us.

As leaders we need to be prepared to deal with emotional and relational challenges in ourselves, our teams and colleagues in times of volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) circumstances in the world.

In this conversation, we will explore the various challenges and potentials that lie in diving beneath the surface of our own personal conditionings and patterns to ground ourselves more deeply in who we are and want to be as leaders in this world.

During the 1.5-hour dialogue format between Robin, Jonathan, and Buster, we will look into opportunities of how you can use this time of crisis as a call to deepening your leadership practice and capacities and respond to the urgency in the world from a place of trust and confidence. These insights can be applied directly to your work in your organizations and teams where you can support others by finding presence and resources in the midst of uncertainty

There will be an opportunity for questions and open dialogue in the last half hour of the format.

Buster Radvik from Embodied Intimacy Training

Buster’s dharma is being by example and leading with integrity. He literally wears his heart on his sleeve and has a reputation for pleasantly shocking an entire room with his candid emotional awareness and ability to reveal himself, transparently, no matter how awkward and messy it might look. Buster is the co-founder of Embodied Intimacy, a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist in private practice since 2008, specialising in individual, couple and group therapy for trauma and attachment related issues around intimacy, sex and relationship. He is currently laying the groundwork for a budding community home and center at the Nest in Berlin. |
